My Journey with Prostate Cancer Part 5
Are you depressed?
If your body is healthy and you are depressed, you have an “Action Problem”. Let me explain what an action problem is. An Action problem is a self imposed limiting believe that you are to lazy to do anything. If you want to change that, just get up and do something totally different from yesterday. This will change your fixed mindset and redirects your thoughts in a new way. After awhile the depression goes away. Action is the best medication to help you to become a better, more active person.

Action is the solution.
Have you noticed when you are doing nothing the hole day and in the afternoon you are still tired, more lazy and the bones hurt more and more. You assumed that sleeping or doing nothing for the hole day, you would have more energy, instead you have less energy, you become lazier and nothing gets done all day long. Remember, your bones need to be moved. Action creates energy. Do something and than correct your action to the things you want to do in the first place. This will give you energy and satisfaction at the same time.

81. Required tests to be done.
05-22-2025
Those are the needed tests to be done with the next Doctor visit.
1. Hemoglobin ?? Need more info.
2. PSA
3. Kidney
4. Liver enzyme elevation (AST), (ALT)
5. Vitamin D
6. Vitamin E
7. Circulating tumor cell (CTC) tests
8. Vitamin C
9. Testosterone level.
10. PHI (prostate health index) or 4K tests
11. TMPRSS2-ERG fusion gene
12. non-coding RNA (PCA3)
82. Cancer Marker, explained.
05-22-2025
A cancer maker ( PSA )for example, is an indirect indication what is happening with the cancer cells.
The cancer marker is like when a house is on fire. You can not see the actual fire, but you find out the water usage. You ask the fireman ‘How much water did you use on the fire to get it out. In this case the water is the ‘cancer marker’. If he tells you a little water, you know that the house fire was small. If he tell you a lot off water, you know the fire was bigger. But if he tells you that he used all the water he got, the fire is still burning and he can not get the fire under control with what he has. Meaning your cancer is still growing. This is what we call Stage IV, Terminal Cancer.
83.Done with Europe vacation.
06-09-2025
My Europe vacation is over and I am back in my home town USA. On 05-22-2025, I lowered the Fenbendazole from 500mg / day 5days ON 2 days Off to 250mg / day 5days ON 2 days OFF. To verify that I take the minimum amount of Fenbendazole. The PSA test came in and the number changed from 3.81 to 3.97. Both test are done at Quest Diagnostic. This tells me that 250mg is not enough to get the cancer down.
84. Correcting the mistake
06-09-2025
I am thankful that the number went down at all. This was an excellent test and showed met that I need to go back to 500mg 5 days ON, 2 days OFF. was a better decision. Today I corrected that mistake, back to 500mg.
85. Dream two dogs are shrinking.
07-17-2025
I saw two dogs in my dream. They had some kind of white paste all over there body. What I noticed that they were shrinking slowly. Getting smaller and smaller. They were talking. One said to the other one, I still have a hat with places you can see through. In the mean time I can see how there bodies are shrinking. There body became solid after awhile. Then I woke up.
Now I am wondering what kind of dream was that. Then my thinking started and was wondering if that has to do with my cancer. It is supposed to slowly shrink also. The white paste could represent the Fenbendazole white tablet.
During the day I was thinking about my next PSA Test and was wondering if the number is going down (shrinks). Maybe that triggered the dream in the first place.

86. The Dream is still active.
07-18-2025
I am thinking again. If the cancer blob shrinks, will it decay into multiple smaller groups of cancer cells? So that we have a gap among the groups? The hat with the see through area? I have to do more research.
Or if we have multiple smaller patches of cancer cells and they are dying off, the gap is getting bigger and bigger. Maybe that was the hat with the light going through.

87. Mask DO NOT work.
07-26-2025
100% PROOF that Mask Do Not work and never will work against the Covid-19 infections.
1. The size of the virus in comparison to the size of the holes in the mask is so big, that the virus gets through the mask without any problems.
2. What about the CO2 level in the mask? Is that good for your health?
Are YOU exhaled CO2 deficient?
See the simple test video for yourself on Rumble.com It shows you how fast the CO2 level goes up inside the mask and becomes way passed the recommended level for a healthy living being. Within seconds of testing you can see the CO2 level is going beyond a safe level, it went beyond 10,000 per million.
3. Let us make another test to see how fast the same people think that is not a good idea. “Take your Poop and eat it”, the same way you took your exhaled air and recycled it. Sounds like a joke, but that is exactly what you did with your recycled air in your mask. I assume you would not go along with that idea, but you went along with breathing your bad exhaled air in again, again and again.
Next time do not were a Mask because somebody tolled you have to do it.
See the video on Rumble.com for yourself.
Use common sense and listen to your inner voice, you should have known better than our own government, and the so called Doctors, like Dr. Fauci. Any Doctor who told you to were a mask, had a financial interest in Covid-19 so called pandemic or they just followed a failed guideline and should have known better or did not want to loose there job at the hospital by going against the grain and staying with the truth.

88. Test result is in.
08-02-2025
The test result came back from Quest Diagnostic 4.57. Now we need to add 20% to it equals 5.48. You noticed the PSA number went up, not down. I have one questions.
1. Why did the number go up?
You can see on the chart that with 250mg the PSA number came down during the Europe vacation. After that I changed to 500mg from 06-09-2025 till 08-02-2025 almost two month and the number goes higher. What the heck is going on and why. That is the question.
I was hoping that the number would go down by a single digit number, maybe by one.

89. Need to add Virgin Olive Oil.
08-03-2025
That change triggered a research why the PSA number goes up with doubling the Fenbendazole. What I came up with was that the Fenbendazole gets only partially absorbed and the rest goes down and out through the system. To get a smaller loss and a grater absorption rate I need to add spoon full of “Virgin Olive Oil” with taking the Fenbendazole tablet. So that more Fenbendazole is actually working to kill the cancer.
Now I am wondering if I should change from a tablet form Fenbendazole to a powder form. I do not know if that makes a big difference.

90. Number is going up and up.
08-18-2025
Today was an interesting day with my PSA number. It is going up from 5.48 to 5.90. I was not expecting this at all. Currently I am taking 60mg of Ivermectin and 500mg of Fenbendazole, and the number is going up. I do not understand that at all. I am wondering if my expectations are set to high for the cancer I have. We will see with the next test if the trend moves up or down. I will keep my promise to myself not to change anything unless the PSA number goes up over an extended time period.
Norby
91. Now it is coming down?
10-03-2025
Now we are talking, the PSA number is going down to the lowest number so far of 4.36. What I am hoping for is that the number keeps going down. With the next Doctor visit I would like to get a new MRI done, so we can confirm the the cancer is getting smaller in my prostate. The normal PSA number is around 4, without cancer and at 72 years young, the number can be up to 5.5. This is what I read in some articles from the hospital. But with confirmed cancer, everything changes on a dime.

92. PSA Test results
11-13-2025
Today I got another test result from Quest Diagnostic. It is 3.65. Now we need to add 20% to it to get the Doctors number. 3.65 + 20% = 4.38. This number has not changed a lot from 4.36 to 4.38. So, my next question is “How low can we go”? What is the base line? for example!. You have no cancer and your PSA is less than four <4. From my point of view the PSA number will never go to zero, since the PSA gets generated not just by the cancer, but by other factors also. I do not know what my PSA number was before I had cancer.
Changing Medication
I am going to lower my Ivermectin from 60mg to 30mg to see if the PSA number makes change. The goal is to keep the same PSA number and use as little Ivermectin / Fenbendazole as possible

93. How good is the PSA test?
11-09-2025
I am thinking of my PSA Prostate-Specific-Antigen test and slowly wonder how good, predictive that test is at all. The question to me is at what level is it OK to live with cancer. Since the life expectancy with prostate cancer is 3-5 Years. Let’s see how the next doctor visit goes.

94. What is my PSA Baseline?. Part 1
12-10-2025
Let me make a couple assumptions and than we can explore the different outcomes. First of all I do not know what my PSA number is without cancer. Since I never tested it before I found out that I have cancer.
What are the conditions that generates a PSA number without having cancer?
1. Enlarged prostate
2. Prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate)
3. Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
4. Recent ejaculation or prostate stimulation
5. Certain medical procedures involving the prostate.
6. Serum parathyroid hormone (PTH)
Note to 6:
It may also promote prostate cancer cell growth, even in people who do not have prostate cancer. For this reason, high levels of parathyroid hormone may escalate PSA levels

95. What is my PSA Baseline?. Part 2
12-10-2025
Here is how PSA levels are categorized by age:
Different webpages different numbers.
https://www.medicinenet.com/what_is_a_normal_psa_level_by_age/article.htm
Age | Normal PSA | Elevated mg |
|---|---|---|
40 to 50 | 0.0 to 2.5 > | 2.5 |
50 to 60 | 0.0 to 3.5 > | 3.5 |
60 to 70 | 0.0 to 4.5 > | 4.5 |
70 to 80 | 0.0 to 5.5 > | 5.5 |
What is my goal?
Now back to my current problem. Remember the goal, take as little medication as you can.
I started out with 9.3PSA level. Now it is 4.3 PSA. I took Ivermectin and Fenbendazole to lower the PSA level. So far it worked. From my point of view I reached my goal of trying to get rid of my cancer via the PSA number.
The question is, is my cancer gone, or just hiding behind my lower PSA number? Remember, assuming is not knowing, it is a good feeling but it is still not knowing.

96. What is my PSA Baseline?. Part 3
12-10-2025
See my Chart for yourself!
Go to the web page https://pcancerbegone.com/time-line-chart-ivermectin-fenbendazole/ , go to the chart and see how it changed by taking 12 mg Ivermectin. Look at the chart, you can see that I lowered the PSA number with 12mg Ivermectin for 10days from 9.3 to 5.6. Now my thinking is that I never needed Fenbendazole in the first place. What needed to be done was an MRI to confirm that the cancer was gone, or got reduced with ivermectin alone.
Unbelievable!
For me it was as unbelievable that the cancer would be gone so fast that I kept moving to lower the PSA number having added Fenbendazole. Now I am wondering if that was a mistake. Luckily I had no side effects so far from Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. Remember, if not needed, do not take it, that is always my goal.

97. What is my PSA Baseline?. Part 4
12-10-2025
What do we do next?
First I will get another PSA test at Quest Diagnostics to complete my last test when I lowered the Ivermectin and Fenbendazole.
Restart my tests with the doctor.
Get an MRI to confirm the the cancer got smaller or even is gone or in remission.
See what the results are, make a new decision to keep current path or go into maintenance mode with the medication.
Hope is always around the corner.
I get a lot of info from the Rumble.com media platform. At Rumble I found a video that explain exactly what I am seeing with my cancer path. The URL is:

98. PSA Test result.
12-14-2025
Today I got the result back from Quest diagnostics and it was lower than the last time. The PSA came down to , 3.16 +20% = 3.79. I took 30mg of Ivermectin and 250mg of Fenbendazole. I will keep the current medication for another month to see if the number gets still a bit lower. Of course, I do not know what my PSA baseline is.? The goal is to remove the Fenbendazole all together.
I do not understand why Fenbendazole is not working at all. Maybe it is, it is just slower on the take. Will see if that statement is correct or not. maybe now it takes longer and longer to lower the PSA number.
The real question is again, How low will it go?

99. Observation: Is my eyesight getting better?
01-07-2026
Two days ago 01-04-2025 I noticed to my surprise that I could read letters better on the TV without my classes. I did not understand what was happening and why. So, I started to research and found out that there is a condition called ‘River Blindness’. I did more research and found out that a parasite is responsible for that problem. That triggered another search and I learned that you need to take medication for parasites. This will help and or cure River Blindness. I do not have River Blindness. That is when I realized that we can have parasites in our eyes. I assume in the blood vessels. That brings me back to my original question, why is my eyesight getting better? Since I have prostate cancer, I take Ivermectin. Ivermectin is fighting parasites.
Is there a connection between ‘Ivermectin Fighting Parasites Getting Better Eyesight’? To me it makes sense, but I have no idea if that thinking is correct. Since I am not a doctor, I am not sure, or is that just wishful thinking.
Everything You Need to know About Eye Parasites
Excerpt:
A parasite is an organism that lives in or on another organism, which is called the host. Through this interaction, the parasite receives benefits, such as nutrients, at the expense of the host.
There are three types of parasites:
- Protozoa. These are single-celled organisms that are able to grow and multiply within the host. Examples include Plasmodium species and Giardia species, which can cause malaria and giardiasis, respectively.
- Helminths. Helminths are larger wormlike parasites. Examples include roundworms and flatworms.
- Ectoparasites. Ectoparasites include organisms such as lice, ticks, and mites, which can attach to and live on the body of a host.

100. A fresh start of the new year 2026
01-07-2026
Today I started reconnecting with my doctor to see the status of my Prostate Cancer with a PSA test.
This is the letter I wrote to my Doctor.
Since we are doing a blood test, I was wondering if we could add a couple extra blood tests to it.
This will give us an opportunity to compare the numbers with the test done last year and at the same time it gives us a new base line for this year. In case things change on a dime. One never knows.
Those are the tests I requested from my Doctor to be done on the same day.
Test 1. Analysis reflex to Microscopic(P-UA)
Test 2. PSA Free and Total (P-PSAFT)
Test 3. General Health Panel (P-GHP)
Test 3. Lipid Panel (P-LIPID)
Test 4. Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy (GMC, IHC)
Test 5. TSH Rfx on Abnormal to Free T4 (GMC)
Test 6. Hemoglobin A1c (GNC)
I also read that ‘parathroid hormone’ may escalate PSA level. Wondering if we can check that also.
The goal is to find my PSA base line, even though I have cancer.
I am still wondering if we can do a T-Cells test to see if they are in the range?
As you can see that the PSA number came down from 9.3 first test and on 12-17-2024 the PSA was 5.67H meaning >4. Since the PSA number came down. Do we need another MRI done to see if the Cancer got smaller, vanished (one can hope) or even got bigger. Since it is possible to have Prostate cancer even if the PSA number is smaller <4.
The next thing what I am interested in is to find out what my PSA BASE LINE is. I have no previous PSA tests done, so, I have no idea what my PSA base line was without cancer. How can we establish a PSA base line with cancer? I read that older ‘good looking people’ at 73 years have a PSA base line from 0-5.5, other places I read the number was from 0-6.5. I understand that things change when you got cancer.
